1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Monytar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform including employees, managers, finance teams, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
Monytar provides a cloud-based expense management platform that enables organizations to submit, review, approve, and track business expenses. Our services include expense request management, approval workflows, vendor management, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Monytar services. This includes submitting fraudulent expense requests, attempting to bypass approval workflows, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier usage is subject to the limits described in our pricing page.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Monytar. We do not claim ownership of your expense data, receipts, or organizational information. We use your data only to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Monytar is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
